My main principle is that sustainability is key. I firmly believe that for any health regimen to endure, it must be easy and enjoyable. I encourage one to discovery activities that bring joy, and incorporate convenient and accessible foods, without imposing rigid plans and food restrictions. Instead, I prioritize Balance —harmonizing activity, nutrition, and rest.
Whole foods form the foundation, recognizing the benefits of unprocessed, natural ingredients. Additionally, I place a significant emphasis on gut health, understanding its pivotal role in overall well-being.
